Nice property, facilities and very communicative and helpful hosts. Would recommend.
It’s in a very convenient location for accessing the centre of Rome. I was also very impressed by the organisation and excellent communication from the hosts. All instructions were very clear and they were very helpful and responsive to all queries. All’s what it says on the tin and you can feel confident when considering to book this.
The air con unit’s quite noisy and does a good job of keeping you awake at night.

Great location, and smooth self-check-in. Cleanliness. The coffee machine and kettle in the room

Clean & spacious but bring earplugs
Very clean (like brand new) and spacious. A lovely view of a garden. Good sized bathroom and large shower. Good value room just outside of the centre, short 20 min walk to some of the main attractions.
No sound proofing at all. Can hear conversations in neighbour room. Door buzzer is shrill and can be heard in rooms, no reason for it as no staff to answer it. Had to get up and buzz people in (9pm and 11pm on one evening). Aircon was also noisy. Bring earplugs.
